AmberDMS

Creation of several Excel spreadsheets with built in automation tools used to automate accounting budget and data search.

Projects included the creation of:
- an advanced search form used to extract Excel data for use in reports
- automated business accounts management tool integrated with Excel
- macros for simplifying review and printing of reports

Project was implemented using Visual Basic code and forms designed for ease of use by non-technical accounting staff.

New database driven website created using only open source technologies to ensure they retain complete control over all aspects of the web site.

This project included the transfer of multiple domains to a single hosting company, the implementation of business e-mail redirections, and the creation of a complete web portal.

Project implementation plan included the delivery of the following documents: Technical Research Document, Browser Compatibility test, and a User Content Management Manual.

Delivery of numerous Microsoft Office automation tools for several projects. Using Visual Basic applications, the tools allow for the creation and construction of Parliamentary documents and automatic tabulation of votes.
